Extracurriculars
I was involved with the university Rowing team, Ultimate Frisbee team and Softball Team. I was also part of Hong Kong’s ultimate frisbee team Club 7, with whom I competed in several tournaments across China.
Traveling
I was very fortunate to explore many different cities and countries close to Hong Kong. Some of the destinations include:
- China: Shenzhen 深圳, Guangzhou 广州, Kaiping 开平, Zhangjiajie 张家界, Guilin 桂林, Fenghuang 凤凰县, Shanghai 上海, Suzhou 苏州 and Shaoxing 绍兴
- Taiwan: Taipei 台北 and Taichung 台中
- South Korea: Seoul 서울, Jeonju 전주, Busan 부산, Gyeongju 경주 and the beautiful Seoraksan 설악산
- Vietnam: Hanoi, Ninh Binh and Halong Bay (Cat Ba)
When I miss some of the food I tried here, I try my best at Cooking some of these dishes (many times unsuccessfully).
